Spatika started in Chennai in 2010. Our Bangalore store opened in February 2022.
While we currently only have two physical locations (our store in Bangalore and our Design & Experience Centre in Chennai), we hold exhibitions in many cities! Please check our website and socials for information on upcoming exhibitions.
Our raw materials are sourced from handloom weavers and artisans across India. Many of the raw materials and sarees are made in-house by our weavers. All of our Blouses are created and crafted in our centre in Chennai.
All of our products are handmade. Almost all of our raw materials sourced are handspun, handwoven fabrics, hand blockprinted, hand embroidered and colored with natural dyes.

Each Product made at Spatika is unique and we do not mass produce. If a product is sold out, we do undertake orders to re-create them for you with mild variations.
We do undertake customized tailoring of our own products if fabric is available.
We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are processed within three (3) business days. Once your order is processed, it usually takes about five (5) business days for domestic orders and seven (7) to ten (10) business days for international orders to arrive.

All products in stock will be shipped together. Large orders and/or custom orders may be shipped separately.
Shipping within India for Order value below Rs.5000 is Rs 100. For Orders above Rs 5000, Shipping within India is Free.
When an order is placed, you will receive shipping confirmation with tracking details.
We take pride in ensuring each of our customers receives their correct order with love and care. If you have received a wrong or damaged order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve your issue as soon as possible.

You can modify your order at any time during the shopping process by editing/modifying your shopping cart. Once you confirm payment, the order is considered as final and cannot be modified.
Once you confirm payment of your order, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org about any issues with your order.
For in-store purchases, you may return a product within seven (7) days of purchase with tags intact.
For online purchases, you must notify us within two (2) days of delivery of the product. Returns should be made available for pick up on behalf of Spatika within seven (7) days of receipt of the product.
All refunds are subject to confirmation by our skilled quality assurance team.
We make our best effort to ensure that an exchange of a product for incorrect size/color can be exchanged for another size/color of the same product; however, it does depend on the specific product and fabric availability.
